Two brothers take aim at eliminating hepatitis
Two brothers, a care, one important social cause, and a lot of courage. That's how Fred Mesquita and his brother, José Eduardo, began the Hepatitis Zero Expedition. The two brothers have completed the first stage, traveling through 20 countries and visiting 274 cities on the American continent. 
How Rotary became the heart, soul of polio eradication
Have you ever wondered how Rotary became involved with polio eradication in the first place? Ken Solow did. The past governor of District 7620 became part of an effort to produce a new documentary, "Dare to Dream," with the goal of telling more members about the heroes who put Rotary on the road to polio eradication, and the roadblocks they overcame. Learn more about the film and the shortened version available to clubs free as a program.

Foundation receives highest rating

For the 10th consecutive year, The Rotary Foundation has received the highest rating, four stars, from Charity Navigator, an independent evaluator of charities in the U.S. The Foundation earned the maximum of 100 points for demonstrating both strong financial health and commitment to accountability and transparency.

Rotary's vision statement

Rotary's Board of Directors and Trustees approved a new vision statement in June that will help set a future course for Rotary to thrive in the years ahead. With input from many, work has begun on building a strategic plan and priorities that will bring this vision to life. Learn more about the process.
